Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman الأحد ١٠ رجب ١٢٩٦ ٢٩ يونيه ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨١٧ ص٤ مقدما عرض للمحافظة الملغية من الشيخ أحمد الأبراشي بأنه مخلف عن والده حصة بمنزل كائن بـخط الحسينية بـدرب الجميزة والحجة ضايعة ولما أن أفيد من المحكمة نمرة ٨١ بما تبين من الكشف من السجلات حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الأوقاف وردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراه من التحريات والتحقيقات الذي بالتحري عنها للمحكمة والإيضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الأصول الشرعية والتجديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة وأخيرا في ١٩ را سنة ٢٩٥ نمرة ١١٣ ومما أوردته المحكمة بأنه صار اجراء التحقيق بمعرفة الشيخ عبد السلام أحد كتاب المحكمة والشيخ المذكور أوضح بإنه تحقق لديه ملكية الشيخ أحمد الإبراشي الفقي للحصة التي قدرها أربعة قراريط في المكان الكائن خارج باب الفتوح بخط الحسينية داخل درب الجميزة لباقي ما أوراه وتقدم ضمانة بامضا واختام كل من الشيخ أحمد الإبراشي والضامن إليه مصطفى جبر الحلواني بشأن حصة الأربعة قراريط بالمنزل المذكور وانها ملك الشيخ أحمد الإبراشي باقي ما آل إليه بالأرث عن والده لباقي لغاية ما نص عنه بالضمانة وتصدق من المعلم محمد الليثي ريس الحلوانيه بان الضامن المذكور معتمد ومقتدر وكفوا لهذه الضمانة وان ضمانة عليه ضمان حضور وغروم وتأشر بختم الضبطية على نفس الضمانة بان ختم محمد الليثي مختار الحلوانية المبصوم بها مضاهي للوارد بالسجل وتأشيرة من ورشة أملاك الميري بما يفيد عدم المعلومية بالحصة المرقومة وحيث من الأقتضاء النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوم لكي بانتها الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجة بدل الضايعة وتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة عن ما ذكر وأرسلت إليها الضمانة وباقي الأوراق واقتضي تحريره ليتنبه بالنشر حسب ما توضح.
