Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٥ جمادي الثانية سنة ١٢٩٦ ١٥ يونيه ١٨٧٩ نمرة ٨١٥ ص٤ نص اعلان وارد من ضبطية مصر بتاريخ ١٠ جمادي الثانية سنة ٩٦ مقدما عرض من الحرمة أم على بنت المرحوم الحاج ابراهيم الحمامي بشأن المنزل الكائن بـحارة الأنصاري بـثمن عابدين والقهوة الكائنة بالقربية التي تورى بانها تمتلكهم وأجرت ايقافهم وان الحجج ضايعة ولما أن وردت افادة المحكمة نمرة ٩٠ بما تبين لدى الكشف عن ذلك من السجلات قد حصل التحري بمخابرة بيت مال مصر وديوان الاوقاف ووردت الأفادات بوضاحة ما صار اجراه من التحريات والتحقيقات التي بالتحرير عنها الى المحكمة والايضاح عن اجراء ما تقتضيه الاصول الشرعية والتحديد والمقاس فيما وردت به افادة المحكمة رقم ٢٨ ر سنة ١٢٩٦ نمرة ١٨٥ توضح بانه جرى التحقيق اللازم عن ذلك بمعرفة الشيخ عبد السلام محمد أحد كتاب المحكمة وما أجراه أوضح عنه الشيخ المذكور أوري بانه تحقق لديه ان الجاري في وقف الحرمة زهرة البلانة بنت المرحوم الحاج ابراهيم محمد الحمامي جميع كامل بيت القهوة الكائنة بـشارع القربية وجميع كامل المكان المستجد الانشا الكائنة بـخط قنطرة الأمير حسين بـغيط العده بالقرب من مقام الشيخ محمد الأنصاري لباقي ما أوضحه وتأشر من ورشة أملاك الميري على نفس ما ورد من المحكمة بما يفيد عدم الاستدلال وبافادة الأوقاف الواردة عن هذا الخصوص تنوه عن اجراهء المستلزم نحو ذلك ومتى صار استخراج بدل الحجج الضايعة يجري ابعاثهم لـديوان الأوقاف تسجيلهم بسجلات الديوان وحيث من الاقتضا النشر عن ذلك بالجرانيل وتحدد ميعاد واحد وثلاثون يوما لكي بانتهاء الميعاد المرقوم اذا كان لا يظهر وجود معارض ولا منازع في ذلك فالمحكمة تجري تحرير حجج وقفيات بدل الضايعين وبتاريخه تحرر للمحكمة عن ما ذكر وأرسلت إليها الأوراق للأجراء حسب ما ذكر.
