Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٩ رجب ١٢٩٣ ٣٠ يوليه ١٨٧٦ نمره ٦٦٨ صفحة ٣ وردت افادة من حضرة وكيل الضبطية المصرية فى تاريخ رجب سنة ٩٣ تتضمن انه فى منتصف الساعة الثامنة من ليلة الثلاثا الماضى الموافق (٤) منه حدث حريق فى أسفل حانوت الخواجه سيجاداه البقال التى فى سوق الخضار التابع لقسم الموسكى ووقت وصول الخبر الى الضبطية أرسل منها بسرعة الطلومبات الى محل الحريق ولكونها مشوحنة بجملة بضايع قابلة للاتهاب سرت النار الى ما جاورها من الحوانيت المشحونة بمثل هذه البضايع فبذلت الهمة الزائدة من حضرة مأمور الضبطية حيث كان حضرا بنفسه محل الحريق فى عدم سريانها الى محلات السكن وغيرها من الاماكن المشحونة بالبضائع الافرنكية وصار الحفظ عليها واستمر الاجتهاد فى اطفاء النار بحوانيت البقالين وبعض التخشيبات المجاورة لذلك حتى خمدت ولم يصل ضررها الى الساكنين بالاماكن المجاورة لها وما تلف بالحريق هو ما سيبين أدناه بعد همل جميع وسائط الحفظ وبذل الهمة فى تشغيل الطلومبات والسقائين وللعساكر وغيرهم لعدم التلف ووقاية من زيادة الضرر وهذا ما تلف عدد ١ حانوت للخواجه سيجاداه البقال تلفت بما فيها من البضائع ١ حانوت للخواجه كازيلى التابع لدولة ايطاليا ١ حانوت للخواجه كليته سووسى التابع لها ١ حانوت للخواجه رومانو الويجى الطباخ التابع لها أيضا ١ حانوت مثله للخواجه مازرينس الفرنساوى القصاب ١ حانوت للخواجه فلوجير الفرنساوى البقال ١ حانوت للخواجه ماركوبلو البقال ١ خمارة صغيرة من خشب لشخص نمساوى ١ خمارة من خشب للخواجه موستى من تبعة ايطاليا ١ جزء من منزل وقف السلحدار مطل على سوق الخضار ١ جزء من ربع ل حضرة سعادتلو راتب باشا بتلك الجهة ١١ وهذا غير ما تلف من حوانيت صغيرة من خشب لجملة أشخاص قصابين وخضرية كانت مجاورة لحوانيت البقالين الا انها جزئية.
