Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ۱۸ جمادى الأولى ١٢۸٦۲٦ أغسطس ١٨٦٩ نمرة ۳۲٠صفحة ٤ لفظ اعلان وارد منها أيضا عن بيان المحلات التي صار اشهارها بالمزاد تعلق محمود عسل عدد ۱ خان معد للتجارة بخط الأمشاطية تجاه سبيل السلحدار داخله فسحة لطيفة ودخلة متسعة ومسطبة كبيرة ودواليب وحاصلين ۱ دكان بجوار الخان المذكور كاملة الأبواب والرفوف ۱ مكان علو ذلك داخله فسحتين وخمسة أوض وطقيسي ومطبخ وبئر ماء خررتها بالدور الأول ومحل شكل بيت أول وما يتبع ذلك من منافع ۳ فقط ثلاثة محلات لاغير محمود عسل مديون لجملة أشخاص ارباو بين فى مبلغ جسيم بضمانة السيد محمد على الشعراوي ولهذا قد صار اشهار مزاد ستة محلات من أملاكه وسبق التحرير لحضراتكم عن درجها بالوقايع وبما انه قد اتضح وهانة قيمتها بالنسبة للمبلغ المطلوب منه قد اقتضى الحال لاشهار خان ودكان علوهما محل بخط الأمشاطية تجاه سبيل السلحدار تعلق المذكور أيضا فقد صار تحرير قوائم المزاد اللازمة من الضبطية وسلمت لرئيس الدلالين العقارات ولزم تحريره لحضراتكم يصير درج ذلك بالوقايع حسب البيان الموضح أعلاه لاجل معلومية العامة وكل من له رغبة في المشتري فليتوجه الى رئيس دلالين العقارات وبعد معاينة المحلات المذكوره يعطي المزاد اللازم على القوائم الموجودة بيده حسب الأصول في ۱۳ جمادي الأول سنة ۱۲۸٦.
