Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٠ ذي القعدة ١٢٨٢ ٥ ابريل ١٨٦٦ نمرة ١٩ صفحة ١ حوادث داخلية فقد أهدت دولة فرنسا العظيمة إلى كل من سعادة شريف باشا ناظر الداخلية وسعادة نوبار باشا ناظر الخارجية وسعادة سرور أفندي من اجلاء رجال الدولة العلية نشانًا من الرتبة الثانية من صنف النشان المعروف (قوماندور دولالزيون دونور) والى عزتلو علي بيك مبارك نشانًا (اوفسيال). لما كان عزتلو على بيك مبارك المتشرف بالمعية السنية على بصيرة تامة لاسيما في العلوم الرياضية واتضح في الأمور الزيادة عما هو مأمور استحصل له على رتبة متمايز الصنف الأول من الرتبة الثانية ووجهت إليه فتلقاها بشكر المنعم في السر والعلانية وأحسن إليه كما يليق بها شأنًا وإجلالًا بالنشان المجيدي الهمايوني من الرتبة الثالثة استبدلًا. قد أحسن إلى عزتلو موسى بيك العقاد أحد مشاهير أعيان مصر بالنشان المجيدي الهمايوني من الرتبة الرابعة.
