Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٢ ربيع الاخر ١٢٤٨١٨ سبتمبر ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٣٠صفحة ٤ حوادث مجلس الجهادية محمد افندى مدير السرجخانه والتيمورخانه ارسل رسالة الى حضرة اميراللوا ادهم بيك وهو قدمها لمجلس مشورة الجهادية مضمونها ان الابل والاثوار التى تدير دواليب الورشة ليس لها محل مخصوص وحيث ان مبيتها فى اى موضع كان صارت اجسادها ملوثة بالطين ولم تسمح ولم تخل من القراد وانه كان بالقرب من محل البقر كوم تراب وقد كشف محله فينبغى ان يبنى له محيط ويعد لذلك فقال اهل المجلس ان بنا المحل المذكور يكون سببا لراحة الحيوانات وموجبا لخدمتها على الوجه اللائق فينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من طرف حضرة بيك افندى الناظر الى امين افندى ناظر الابنية بان يهتم فى عمارته بعد الكشف عنه وعند اتمامه يقدم قائمة مفرداته لمجلس المشورة واعلام الى امير اللوا المومى اليه اشعارا له بما ذكر كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثالث عشر من شهر ربيع الاخر.
