Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٧ صفر ١٢٤٨٢٦ يوليو ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٠٩صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر راغب افندى امين الدفترخانه قرر ان المحل المذكور لما كان منتسبا الى القلعة كان بعض مقتضياته كنجار ونشار وقفل ومفتاح يوخذ من ديوان الابنية مهما طلب وكان امين افندى الناظر يعطى ذلك بلا تاخير حتى انه اذا نقلت صناديق الدفاتر من المحروسه الى الدفتر خانة او من مخزن الى مخزن توخذ العتالون من عنده وتعطى اجرتهم من ديوان الابنية وانه فى هذه الايام طلب العتالين لترتيب الصناديق الكبار فى المخازن ونقلها الى محل الترتيب ومن حيث ان الافندى ناظر الابنية ليس موجودا فى هذا الطرف اعطى وكيله الجواب بالمنع والدفترخانه ليس لها ايراد ولا مصرف واذا كان لامر كما ذكر لاينبغى ان تمنع الاشيا المطلوبة لها ويلزم ان تحرر خلاصة بذلك وترسل الى ديوان الابنية فقال اهل المجلس ان ما انهاه الافندى المومى اليه فى محله وينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى وكيل ناظر الابنية بانه مهما طلب منه عتالون لرفع الصناديق او وضعها او غير ذلك من اللوازم المطلوبة فلا يمنع ولا يتاخر وانه يصرف ما يلزم صرفه من اجرة العتالين وغيرها من ديوان الابنية ويحرر اعلام الى راغب افندى اشعارا له بما ذكر كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثامن عشر من صفر الخير.
