Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٨ صفر ١٢٤٨١٧ يوليو ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٠٥صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس الجهادية صالح اغا ناظر الشونة الكبرى كان قد قدم عرضا لمجلس الجهادية مضمونه انه يلزم ان تكون حيطان الشونة المذكوره اعلى من الحيطان التى بجوارها وطلب ان تبنى وتعلى وارسلت خلاصة الى الافندى ناظر الابنية بالكشف عن ذلك فتبين له لدى الكشف انه يلزم ان يصرف فى بنائها الفان وثمانمائة قرش وعرض ذلك للمجلس فقال المجلس ان مثل هذه الشونة الجسيمة ينبغى ان تكون حيطانها ارفع من حيطان المحلات الكائنة حواليها اذ بهذا الوجه يقطع النظر عن توصل اللصوص اليها وما ذكر من المقدار الذى يصرف عليها بالنسبة الى جناب افندينا كلاشى فيلزم ان يرسل اعلام من حضرة بيك افندى ناظر الجهادية الى الافندى ناظر الابنية الميرية بان يشرع فى بنائها ويحرر لدى ختا قائمة بمفرداته ويرسلها الى مجلس الجهادية كما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم الثامن من صفر الخير.
