This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ١٦ صفر ١٢٤٨١٥ يوليو ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٤٠٤صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر امين افندى ناظر الابنية قدم تقريرا مضمونه ان راغب افندى ناظر الدفترخانة كان قد استدعى بان يبنى بوسط الدفترخانه مصطبة لاجل ان تتجمع فيها الكتاب لانهم اذا كانوا مستقرين بالمخازن لا يمكن الاطلاع عليهم ولا يدرى اهم مشتغلون بالخدمة ام لا واستحسن ذلك لتكون الخواطر بريئة من الوساوس وارسلت اليه خلاصة بالكشف عن مقدار ما يصرف على بناء المحل المذكور فكشف عنه ورأى انه يلزم ان يكون طول المحل المطلوب ستة عشر ذراعا وعرضه عشرة اذرع وان يكون مرتفع الحيطان مكملا بالسقف والشبابيك مبيضا بالجير والجص مفروشا بالبلاط وانه بجملة مشتملاته يبلغ مقدار ما يصرف عليه سبعة الاف قرش ولما كان ناظر الدفترخانه ليس له محل معين فيها لازم ان يبنى له فوقها مكان يكون طوله اثنى عشر ذراعا ويكون عرضه سبعة اذرع مكملة اطرافه بشبابيك الزجاج محلاه حيطا حيطانه باطنا وظاهرا بالبياض مع فسحة لطيفة وانه يبلغ ما يصرف في بنائه ثلاثة الاف وخمسمائة قرش فتكون جملة ما يصرف على المحلين عشرة الاف وخمسمائة قرش فقال ارباب المجلس حيث انه تبين من كلام الافندى المومى اليه انه يلزم لهذه العمارة صرف المقدار الذى ذكره ينبغى ان يشرع في بنا المكان المعد لاجتماع الكتبة حتى يكونوا بمرأى من عين الناظر حفظا للمصلحة من التعطيل ويتم على مقتضى الكشف ويصرف النظر الان عن المحل الذى يبنى للناظر المومى اليه ويحرر اعلام من الديوان الخديوى الى امين افندى ناظر الابنية اشعارا له بما ذكر وعلى هذا استقر الرأى في اليوم السادس من صفر الخير.
