Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٠ ذى القعده ١٢٤٧٢١ ابريل ١٨٣٢ نمرة ٣٧٤صفحة ٤ حوادث مجلس الجهادية طاهر اغا ناظر السرجخانة قدم رقيما لمجلس الجهادية مضمونه انه مكث فى المصلحة المأمور بها مدة سبع عشرة سنة وهو مجتهد اجتهادا بليغا من حيث وقاية الاشغال من التعطيل وادآء المهمات واللوازم التى تطلب منه فى اوقاتها وذلك فى ظل سعادة افندينا ولى النعم ثم انه احيل عليه الان نظارة السرجخانة التى انشئت فى الداوديه لعمل سروج الايات الفرسان وسائر لوازمها ومن حيث ان هذه المصلحة جسيمة استدعى بان يزاد له على شهريته شى وقد قال حضرة ادهم بيك امير اللوا ان الاغا المومى اليه استخدم فى نظارة السرجخانة التى جددت فى الداووديه وصرف مكنته فى ادارة اشغالها بدون امين مخزن ورئيس استاوات وهو مستحق لتوسيع معيشته وقال على افندى ان الرجل الذى يستخدم فى خدمة المخزنجية يعطى مايتين وخمسين قرشا فقال اهل المجلس حيث ان الاغا المرقوم مستخدم فى نظارة السرجخانتين وباذل جهده فيها فان زيادة شهريته لازمة وينبغى ان يحرر اعلام من طرف حضرة بيك افندى ناظر الجهادية الى حضرة محمد بيك اميراللوا وناظر المهمات الحربية عموما بانه يزيد على شهرية الاغا المومى اليه المايتين والخمسين قرشا التى كانت تصرف لامين المخزن وحيث انه يلزم للارط التى استجدت فى الايات الفرسان سروج لزم ان يحرر اليه علم اشعارا له بانه يعطى ما يطلب منها سريعا اذ وقت مجئ الخيل من مرعى البرسيم قد ازف وعلى هذا استقر الراى فى اليوم السابع والعشرين من شوال المنور.
