Rules of TEI XML MarkUp in This Project We use the Arabic script but transliteration into Latin characters follows the Library of Congress (LOC) Arabic transliteration chart. Each individual article has an individual xml:id number starting with "w1" We only use persName, orgName, placeName elements, apart from bibliographical elements and notes. If the location or organization of responsibility is known from the text, it can be added in an attribute to a persName. "Mashaykhah" and "thumn" are orgNames and placeNames. This project's schema considers Till Grallert's work in his Open Arabic Periodical Editions. 𐋢 𐋤 Arabic English Arabic transcribed according to ALA-LC Ottoman ٢٤ رمضان ١٢٤٧٢٦ فبراير١٨٣٢ نمرة ٣٥٥صفحة ٢ حوادث مجلس مصر حضرة الاغا ناظر المواشى ارسل صحيفة الى الديوان الخديوى واحيلت على مجلس المشورة مضمونها نه انه ينبغى ان يعطى لكتبة اشغال المواشى احدى وخمسون رطلا من الشمع العسلى كما يعطى لهم فى كل سنة لان اشغالهم تراكمت فسئل رئيس كتبة الديوان عن ذلك فقال نعم انه صرف لهم ذلك الشمع فى السنين الماضية وينبغى ان يصرف لهم هذه السنة ايضا فقال ارباب المجلس ان حضرة الافندى مأمور اشغال المحروسة ارسل رسالة الى الديوان الخديوى التمس فيها ان يعطى له مقدرا من الشمع العسلى والقناديل لاجل كتابة كتبة الديوان فى رمضان واعطى له واضيف الى جانب الديوان ولكنه ينبغى انه اذا طلب صرف شمع وقناديل لاجل الكتابة فى شهر رمضان الشريف فى دواوين المحروسة لا تصرف لهم من جانب الميرى من الان فصاعدا بل تعطى لهم من طرف النظار ويتمسك بذلك ويجعل دستورا للعمل فى دواوين المحروسة ومأموريات الاقاليم البحرية والقبلية والغربية وفى البنادر ويحرر علم من الديوان الخديوى الى الافندية المحاسبين بانهم يهتمون فى ذلك حفظا للخزينة ويحرر اعلام الى حضرة مديرى الوجهين القبلى والبحرى والى مامورى الغربية والى محافظى البنادر والى نظار الدواوين والى حضرة الاغا المومى اليه ويرسل العلم المختص بمأمورى الغربية من طرف عبد الرحمن افندى معاون جناب افندينا اشعارا لهم بما استقر الراى عليه فى اليوم السادس والعشرين من شهر شعبان المكرم.
